We do not sell or mediate the sale of vehicles ourselves. Our paid services relate exclusively to advertising and promotional features on the Site.

Because these are digital services made available immediately after purchase, special refund rules apply as described below.


3. General Refund Conditions

  1. All purchases are final once the digital service (such as a premium ad or listing credit) has been activated or made available.

  2. Refunds will only be granted in cases where:

    • The service was not delivered or activated due to a technical error on our side.

    • A duplicate payment was made by mistake.

    • A user was charged incorrectly (e.g. wrong billing amount).

  3. Refund requests will not be accepted if:

    • The user changes their mind after activation.

    • The user fails to use the purchased service before expiration.

    • The service was correctly provided as described at the time of purchase.


4. Cooling-Off Period (EU Consumers)

Under EU law, consumers generally have a 14-day withdrawal period for online purchases.
However, this right does not apply once a digital service has been fully delivered or made available with the consumer’s explicit consent.

By confirming your purchase on Europemotors, you acknowledge and agree that the digital service will be made available immediately and that your right of withdrawal will therefore be waived.

  • Provide proof of delivered services to the payment provider

  • Deny future access to paid features in case of fraudulent claims
